    Our latest offering of pastured pork is here! We offer a variety of “grill-ready” and “meal-ready” cuts, such as pork chops, Boston Butts, ham roasts, ground pork and sausage. We cook a cut from every pig we harvest to ensure that each package meets our standards (and we’re picky, picky, picky). Nothing wears our name unless it earns our approval.

    This isn’t “the other white meat”. The pork from WesJac Farm’s exclusive on-farm-developed hybrid pigs is rich, red and heavily marbled much like excellent quality beef. It’s flavorful, tender, juicy, and measurably more healthy than pork reared grain alone. Forget seasoning FOR flavor and starting thinking about seasoning to ENHANCE flavor. A little salt and pepper goes a long way with our pork!

Who we are

WesJac Farm was founded in 2021 by Chris and Michelle West. Chris, a veteran of the tech industry, spent his formative years working for local farmers, including his uncle’s farm, where he learned to appreciate the cycles of nature and how the family farm conforms to those cycles to produce healthy and contented animals which, in turn, produce healthy and flavorful beef, pork, lamb and poultry.

Presented with the opportunity to return to his roots, and with the incredible support of Michelle and the rest of his family, Chris dove head first into planning and building out a sustainable and healthy farm on 35 acres in beautiful East Tennessee.

Minutes from the historic city of Clinton, Tennessee and a brief drive from Knoxville, WesJac Farm offers pastured beef, pork, lamb and eggs. Our animals spend their entire lives on pasture in a natural, but controlled environment. We select species and breeds based on their inherent ability to thrive on pasture with minimal supplementation.

Utilizing Management-intensive Grazing (MiG) and aggressive pasture rotation, WesJac Farm is able to raise healthy and succulent meat on otherwise marginal land. Further, MiG is a powerful tool to building/rebuilding soils that are healthy, diverse, and productive for this generation and those who follow.
